Executive Forum

Begins January 21The EXECUTIVE FORUM is designed to increase the effectiveness of business leaders and consists of a 12-month educational process that will change the way you think.

 

Operations Forum

Begins February 12The OPERATIONS FORUM prepares managers and executives to understand and address process flow, supply chain concepts, quality control and lean initiatives.

 

Marketing Forum

Begins March 13The MARKETING FORUM provides participants with an in-depth understanding of marketing principles and provides insight and pragmatic solutions to complex business challenges.

 

Supervisors Forum

Begins April 10 The SUPERVISORS FORUM uses role play and application exercises to have participants practice how and when to utilize behaviors for maximum effectiveness within their organization.

 

New Year, New Growth Opportunities

We often make personal resolutions for the New Year. Whether it's traveling more or finding a new hobby, personal resolutions are common - but what about professional resolutions? An article titled "Top New Year's Resolution for Business Success" by Susan Ward lists ten resolutions that businesses and business professionals should be making. Among these ten resolutions are learning how to delegate and to do more of it, learning something new and joining a new business organization or networking group.

The Anderson Center is ready to help you and your organization keep these and other New Year’s Resolutions through individual and organizational growth.

We provide engaging management and leadership development forums for leaders across Greater Minnesota. In Center forums, experienced participants – including owners, directors, executives, managers, and supervisors – debate and apply the lessons of real-world case studies guided by highly-skilled Discussion Leaders to improve their organizations.

SpotlightSpotlight: Marketing Forum – Newly Refreshed

The notion that technology is ever-changing and constantly evolving is something that we accept. With these changes, the way that we approach marketing and methods of utilizing marketing techniques should be ever-changing and constantly evolving as well.

Our annual Marketing Forum has been refreshed and revamped to incorporate these changes. This forum will feature digital marketing strategies along with the foundations of marketing: product, price, place and promotion. The Marketing Forum is in St. Cloud this year, scheduled for March 13-15. Click here to see the Teaching Team and to register.
