A forum for managers of processes, teams, departments, divisions and business units — including high-potential professionals destined for managerial roles, newly appointed managers, and experienced managers.  The 7 Habits for Managers Forum is designed to equip today’s managers with the tools needed to lead teams, overcome interpersonal and organizational challenges, manage and enhance team member performance and produce superior and lasting results.

Discussion Leadership Forum
A forum for facilitators, educators, company leaders and future Anderson Center Discussion Leaders, looking to use the case method inside their organization (or classroom) as an executive development or strategic communication tool.

Executive Forum
A forum for business owners and founders of smaller businesses to company presidents and executives of larger, established businesses. The Executive Forum is a twelve-month program designed to improve the effectiveness of those in key leadership positions.

Governance Forum

A forum for teams of executives and organizational leaders — including owners, CEOs, presidents, vice presidents, and senior leaders. The Leadership Forum helps leaders discover how to inspire trust and build credibility, define a clear and compelling purpose, create and align systems, and unleash the talents and energy of a winning team.

LEAD
A program for alumni of the Leadership Forum. LEAD is designed to empower leaders and sustain ongoing Leadership Enhancement and Development (LEAD). LEAD provides an annual reunion, refresher, and recommitment for individuals and teams dedicated to growing as leaders.

A forum for business professionals within medium- to large-sized organizations who are looking to better understand the change process and to learn how organizations transform themselves.

Leading Negotiations Forum
"Let's Make a Deal!" - The Art of Relationship Building for Sales and Negotiation

A forum for professionals who engage in selling, purchasing, contract negotiations, and other important business transactions, as well as middle to senior-level executives, advisors, and owners who use negotiating skills in their daily interactions. The Leading Negotiations Forum includes self-assessment exercises, negotiation simulations, situation analysis and advanced negotiating tools.

Management Forum
A forum for general and functional managers, and executives and owners of small businesses. The Management Forum is designed to equip managers with enhanced decision-making by exposing them to essential management concepts, tools and techniques, and increasing their cross-functional awareness.

Marketing Forum
A forum for senior and middle-level managers responsible in whole, or in part, for organizational marketing leadership. The Marketing Forum provides participants with an in-depth understanding of marketing principles and provides insight and pragmatic solutions to complex business challenges.

Operations Forum
A forum ideally suited for senior and mid-level managers responsible in whole, or in part, for operations, process Improvement and/or supply chain functions. The Operations Forum prepares managers and executives to understand and address production, process and supply chain concepts, tools and techniques.

Roundtable
A strategic membership for leadership teams from high-impact organizations throughout Greater Minnesota who see leadership and management development of their people as one of the keys to their future growth and success. Roundtable members value planning for leadership development, and use the Anderson Center as a resource and partner in this process.

The Roundtable Annual Retreat is one of many member benefits — held each fall, the retreat offers leadership teams an opportunity to: 1) network with teams from other member organizations, 2) learn and discuss new ideas regarding leadership development, and 3) work together in planning for leadership development and succession within their organization.

Speakers Forum
A forum for lifelong learners. The Speakers Forum is a networking opportunity and luncheon speaker series where exceptional entrepreneurs, executives, and community leaders share their stories, sweet successes, and hard lessons learned.

Strategy Forum
An application-based forum for business leaders responsible for strategic leadership. Participants of the forum are guided through the process of building or refining "Strategy Statements" for their individual organizations. Case studies, various strategy planning frameworks and activities are used to enhance the capacity of executives to think and lead strategically.

Supervisors Forum
A forum designed for frontline supervisors who want to enhance their skills to be more effective leaders of other people. Participants receive an introduction to a variety of supervisory skills and the opportunity to practice how and when to utilize behaviors for maximum effectiveness in today’s workplace.
