Leadership Forum
featuring FranklinCovey's Great Leaders, Great Teams, Great Results™

The Leadership Forum is ideally suited for teams of executives and organizational leaders — including owners, CEOs, Presidents, Vice Presidents, and senior leaders.  The Forum helps leaders discover how to inspire trust and build credibility, define a clear and compelling purpose, create and align systems, and unleash the talents and energy of a winning team.
 

Leadership Quotient

Before the forum begins, leaders will participate in FranklinCovey’s online 360-degree Leadership Quotient® (LQ) assessment. This feedback process provides valuable data to help participants measure their own leadership capacity and capability and will be utilized throughout the Forum.

During the three-day forum, participants will be oriented to the 4 Imperatives of Great Leaders so they will be able to effectively 1) Inspire Trust, 2) Clarify Purpose, 3) Align Systems, and 4) Unleash Talent. An action plan for development and improvement will be created.

Online Resources

Online resources and various follow-up activities, including the opportunity for another assessment to measure improvements after six months (LQ2), will support ongoing development.

Forum Fees
The fee for the Leadership Forum is $3,000.  The fee covers tuition, case and curriculum materials, meals and lodging.  Nonprofit organizations receive a 20% discount.  Individuals and small or early stage organizations interested in attending an Anderson Center forum, with limited ability to pay, should inquire about scholarship opportunities.
