WHAT WE DO
Anderson Center exists to promote growth: individual growth, organizational growth, and economic growth.
We deliver engaging management and leadership development forums to leaders across Greater Minnesota. In forums, experienced participants—including owners, directors, executives, managers, and supervisors—debate and apply the lessons of real-world case studies and world-renowned frameworks guided by highly-skilled Discussion Leaders and facilitators to improve their organizations.
Our Upcoming ForUms
In our forums, skilled Discussion Leaders and facilitators challenge experienced participants to teach and learn from each other through real-world case studies and frameworks. Each forum provides a peer network, tools, case studies, application exercises and reference materials.

“The forums provide a safe but challenging learning environment relevant to tools leaders need to grow and develop both themselves and their teams.”
“I made a point to talk with the supervisor every day after each of the four sessions, to give him the opportunity to talk through his takeaways from the day and learn his views on how it directly pertains to our operation here; it also gave me an excellent opportunity for mentoring. I am very pleased with how he embraced the forum and the clear ideas he has toward putting it into practice.”
