In 2022, Anderson Center had a record number of participants. One thousand team members from 36 organizations attended one of our 23 Anderson Center offerings. From supervisory training to the Executive Forum cohort, leaders from Greater MN gathered to share, debate, and apply frameworks for business and leadership, experiencing transformation and helping their organizations thrive!
Anderson Center offers forums that develop leaders at every level. In these forums, industry expert Discussion Leaders guide participants through an interactive experience applying leadership best practices to their organizations’ challenges and opportunities.

Upcoming Forums for All Levels of Leaders
Supervisors Forum (January 4, 12, 18 & 25):
A virtual forum designed for team leads, experienced supervisors and first-time managers who would benefit from foundational leadership skills training.
Operations Forum (March 14 & 15):
A two-day forum ideally suited for senior and mid-level managers responsible for operations, process improvement and/or supply chain functions.
Management Forum (April 4, 11, 18 & 25):
A blended experience designed for general and functional managers to enhance decision-making and management skills.
