What inspired your creativity as a child? For me, I went to an imaginary field behind my house to dream!

In Masters of Scale’s most recent podcast, former CEO and Chair of PepsiCo, Indra Nooyi, describes a place of inspiration from her childhood home. In the center of a large room with shiny red floors was a rosewood swing that hung from the ceiling. It was a gathering place for family members, and the kids would swing as high as they could – she remembers swinging and singing for hours!
