In forums, experienced participants—including owners, directors, executives, managers, and supervisors—debate and apply the lessons of real-world case studies and world-renowned frameworks guided by highly-skilled Discussion Leaders and facilitators to improve their organizations.

In 2022, Anderson Center had a record number of participants. One thousand team members from 36 organizations attended one of our 23 Anderson Center offerings. From supervisory training to the Executive Forum cohort, leaders from Greater MN gathered to share, debate,...
