WHAT WE DO
Anderson Center exists to promote growth: individual growth, organizational growth, and economic growth.
We deliver engaging management and leadership development forums to leaders across Greater Minnesota. In forums, experienced participants—including owners, directors, executives, managers, and supervisors—debate and apply the lessons of real-world case studies and world-renowned frameworks guided by highly-skilled Discussion Leaders and facilitators to improve their organizations.
Anderson Center has a long history of partnerships with companies helping them increase their organizational capabilities over time. As an external partner, Anderson Center can come along side your HR leaders to create a roadmap of how your organization is going to foster leadership competencies in employees, mapping out which leaders should attend Anderson Center forums. These investments in your organizations include supervisory development all the way to our world-class Executive Forum.
